Hi, my name is Jeff Robertson and my mission is to offer patient and professional guitar instruction to students of all ages and skill levels. I have over 30 years of playing experience, a Bachelor of Music degree in Classical Guitar Performance as well as many years of experience teaching others. I am not a proponent of the "one size fits all" approach to teaching that seems to be the norm these days. My teaching method is as dynamic and diverse as the musical tastes of each of my students and is completely geared to and customized for each individual. My ultimate desire is to exceed the expectations of students and parents and this is easily accomplished once we agree on a plan.
I value building relationships with students and parents, while providing the student with the tools and encouragement needed to excel as a musician. I value the musical interests and tastes of the student. I am humbled by the fact that students and parents put their trust in me to provide the best and most rewarding musical experience possible. I recognize that every student is different and therefore deserves a teaching method that is tailored to their needs and musical objectives. Nothing less will do so let's get started!
